The OfficeLife business media has published an article “How to hold an Annual Meeting of Shareholders if they live in different countries. Guidline.”
Traditionally, in Q1 companies sum up the results of previous financial year. This usually takes place at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Each Company shall conduct the Meeting before March 31.
