It should be noted that a number of countries (Great Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland) have joined the majority of US and EU sanctions against Belarus to one degree or another.

The Republic of Belarus has taken countermeasures, in particular:
1. The list of foreign states committing unfriendly acts against Belarusian legal entities and (or) individuals has been approved.
3. The list of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, as well as their shareholders who are prohibited from alienating shares, reorganization or withdrawal of a foreign shareholder from the shareholders of individual Belarusian legal entities has been approved.
