Previous professional experience includes working as a Senior Associate and Associate Partner in leading national law firm, major law firms in the CIS and the Baltics, as well as bank with foreign capital.
Advised International Finance Corporation and the National Bank of Belarus on enhancing Belarusian legislation on collateral and other security means for improvement SME’s access to finance. Advisor to World Bank on secured transactions.
Nikolay completed his postgraduate studies at the Belarusian State University; the Ph.D thesis relates to management companies and other issues of corporate governance in joint stock companies.
He authors various articles in Belarusian and foreign media on corporate and financial law, including for Bloomberg.
